What to know before you start.

Is the diagnostic free?

The first consultation is: a call or a written answer within 48 hours to identify your three priorities, with no commitment. The in-depth Alpha Diagnostic (interviews, analysis, written debrief) costs 250,000 to 500,000 FCFA, fully deducted if you continue with us. You leave with the roadmap either way.

How long does a consulting engagement last?

The Alpha Diagnostic takes 2 to 4 weeks: interviews, diagnostic, debrief, steering. The support that follows requires a 3-month minimum, from 350,000 FCFA per month. A full transformation spans 12 to 24 months.

Who do you meet in the organization?

Management and the operational managers concerned. The interviews cross-check viewpoints to avoid a diagnostic seen from a single department.

What does the debrief include?

A costed assessment of the current situation, ranked priorities, and a sequenced action plan with the associated budgets.
