The Alpha Method in production
Every project follows the Alpha Method: understand what blocks, deliver, stay. The facts, client by client.
Client case · 01
A fish farm that mastered its production, sold to demanding professionals, and yet remained impossible for them to find.
Fish farming · Mfou, 30 km from Yaoundé
SCOOPS founded in 2020
2.5 months · contract renewed
Founded in 2020 by Louis Charles Meka, the farm produces catfish fingerlings and does it well: 270,000 fingerlings per cycle, 95% survival rate. On visibility, nothing organized: no visual identity, no website, a Facebook page with over 2,300 followers left abandoned.
AQUAFARM sells directly to professional fish farmers and wholesalers, who check a supplier's reliability before placing orders of several thousand fingerlings. There was open ground: searches such as “alevins Cameroun” and “pisciculture Mfou” had almost no well-ranked player.
Four work streams over two and a half months: complete rebranding, sales brochure, SEO website, digital rollout. The 2026 Edition brand guidelines set a sober, technical blue identity worthy of the trade. The website was deployed on aquafarmcameroun.cm with complete technical SEO from launch.
The website is approved and in production. The Google Business Profile shows a 4.5-star rating. AQUAFARM went from no digital presence to an ongoing business relationship with INNOVA ALPHA, well beyond the initial one-off delivery.

Two shops, a wide catalog, and sales that depended entirely on walk-in customers.
KASHOP distributes electronics in Yaoundé, through two physical shops. Phones, chargers, audio, security, car accessories, spare parts: a wide catalog, with no online presence. Sales depended entirely on walk-in customers and word of mouth.
Build a real online catalog, without online payment: customers mostly order through WhatsApp and pay cash or by Mobile Money on delivery. The goal: be visible on Google among the country's best electronics shops, against Glotelho, the dominant player since 2000.
A static catalog website, with no database or CMS, driven by a product data file: it stays fast on limited mobile connections. The purchase flow is simple: catalog, cart, prefilled WhatsApp message to the KASHOP number. Built from the client's mockup, the website was enhanced with features that were not in the initial brief.
The website is live and already ranks well on direct searches (“kashop”, “KASHOP Yaoundé”). Work continues on the Google Business Profile and local SEO, to capture specific searches for the products sold rather than targeting the sector's long-standing leaders right away.
